Professional Fees We hope you will find these reasonable. The practice policy is to charge where costs are incurred. All our fees are calculated on the basis that they will be paid at the time of treatment or at the end of a course of treatment. Estimates of cost of any treatment are available on request. We are happy to accept payment by cheque with a bankers card, visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, and Electron or cash. Discounts may be given for additional animals treated or vaccinated at the same time or from the same household. If you anticipate any problem with payment of fees please discuss this with a member of reception staff or a vet before the consultation. |

Pet Insurance We believe that pet insurance makes very good sense indeed. For a monthly or annual fee you can insure pets against the cost of a prolonged course of treatment for any unexpected illness or accident. It can be very traumatic when a pet’s health or sometimes life is compromised by financial considerations. It is preferable to take insurance out at an early stage in your pet’s life. However, pet insurance can be arranged at up to 7-8 years of age with certain companies. We have two Pet Insurance Advisors who will be happy to discuss any questions you may have. |

Dispensing/Repeat Prescriptions
The drugs used for animals can only be prescribed following an examination of your pet by a vet. This is to ensure he/she is responding to the treatment with no side effects and to comply with the laws controlling the dispensing of medicines. Please give 24 hours notice for repeat prescriptions. |
